Danish rappers ready to clash!
The message is clear: Two artists. two stages. the audience decides
The international concert format Red Bull SoundClash comes to Scandinavia for the first time on 21 February 2026. The event will take place at Bella Arena, where the Danish hit rappers Lamin and Sivas will perform simultaneously from separate stages at opposite ends of the arena.
Untraditonal concert format with a twist
The event is designed as a live musical duel rather than a traditional concert. Across several rounds, the two artists compete using their own songs, covers, guest appearances and unexpected stylistic shifts. The audience stands at the centre of the venue and determines the winner through live reactions measured with a sound device throughout the show.
Rivals with respect
The matchup also reflects two different chapters in Danish hip-hop. Sivas played a key role in shaping the genre during the 2010s with massive hist like DAUDA and Kbhavana, while Lamin has built on that foundation with his own sound in the 2020s. Although it is a competition, the two artists appear to have great respect for each other. As Lamin puts it: “Without Sivas, there would be no Lamin.”. Sivas describes the upcoming event as a shared experience rather than a rivalry: “I’m looking forward to sharing the stage with him. I think the audience can expect a big party, lots of love and good energy.”
SoundClash has been staged internationally since 2006, travelling from the US and Japan to cities such as Hamburg and Cairo.
