A taste of Michelin at Restaurant Paula
One evening, six courses in Carlsberg Byen
On 28 March, three chefs will share the kitchen at Restaurant Paula in Carlsberg Byen.
Head chef Stefan Hansen has invited Arthur Kazaritski from Geranium and Simon Juel Petersen from Falsled Kro to cook alongside him for the evening. Both guest chefs come from Michelin-starred kitchens, bringing experience from some of Denmark’s most acclaimed restaurants.
For the dinner, each chef will present two servings, creating a six-course menu where their individual styles appear one after the other during the evening.
Restaurant Paula describes itself as a bistro where French technique meets Nordic ingredients and Japanese precision, so it will be interesting to see if or how the visiting chefs balance these influences in their dishes.
