There may be months to go until festival season, but the first batch of passes for Musik i Lejet 2027 has already been snapped up. Yesterday’s presale sold out, and this morning brings another opportunity to join next summer’s three day event on Zealand’s north coast.

A limited number of full festival passes will be released today, Friday, 2 October. For anyone planning to go, it is worth being ready when the sale opens.

No line-up, no problem

Not a single act has been announced yet. For plenty of festivalgoers, the weekend itself is clearly enough of a draw. Musik i Lejet has previously sold out within minutes, and demand has remained strong since the move to a larger site in Vejby. Last year, most full festival passes were sold on the opening day, despite the increased capacity.

Come for the music, stay for the food

There is, however, more to the festival than the names on the poster. The food programme usually brings a small enclave of Copenhagen’s restaurants and street food businesses north, alongside local suppliers. Last summer, Møntergade and Apéro set up a full restaurant with seafood and brasserie dishes, while WarPigs and CHE TIPO brought BBQ and pizza from Kødbyen and Nørrebro. Musik i Lejet runs from 22 to 24 July 2027. Read more and book your festival pass here.
